This policy describes what information Breakline Commercial collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. Breakline Commercial is a sole proprietorship operated by Eric White based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Breakline Commercial collects information you provide directly through the diagnostic intake form hosted on Google Forms (business description, commercial performance data, contact information, and email address), through the calendar booking system hosted on Google Calendar (name, email address, and scheduling information), and through direct email correspondence to eric@breaklinecommercial.com. No information is collected passively through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools beyond what Google Forms and Google Calendar collect as part of their standard operation.
The information you submit through the diagnostic intake form is used solely to evaluate your commercial situation and provide a direct observation in response. Calendar booking information is used solely to schedule and conduct diagnostic review conversations. Email correspondence is used solely to communicate about the diagnostic and any subsequent engagement. Your information is never sold, rented, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
Eric White is the only person who reads and processes diagnostic intake responses. If a subsequent engagement requires additional resources, that will be discussed and agreed upon before any information is shared.
Diagnostic intake responses are stored in Google Workspace (Google Forms and Google Sheets). Calendar data is stored in Google Calendar. Email correspondence is stored in Google Workspace (Gmail). All data is subject to Google Workspace's security and privacy practices. Breakline Commercial does not maintain a separate database, CRM, or data warehouse.
Diagnostic intake responses and related correspondence are retained for the duration of any active engagement and for 12 months following the last communication. After that period, data is deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by you.
You may request a copy of the information Breakline Commercial holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing eric@breaklinecommercial.com. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days.
This site uses Google Forms for diagnostic intake, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Meet for video calls. These services have their own privacy policies. Breakline Commercial does not control how Google processes data within its platforms.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at breaklinecommercial.com/privacy. The effective date at the top of the policy will be updated.
